I’m Heather Cotten, Certified Reiki Practitioner, Certified Body Wisdom Energy Healing Practitioner, frequency therapist, body and organ harmonizer, and Source Light Infusion healer dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. My path to this profound shift in my life was shaped by years spent in the fast-paced world of corporate sales and high-stress environments. I ultimately sacrificed my health and well-being, which forced me to take an unexpected break from my successful career. It was through my own experience in seeking healing and purpose that I realized my true passion: helping others heal through reclamation of their inner healing gifts and creativity.

Having transitioned from the corporate landscape, I understand the toll that stress, travel and technology can take on the body, mind and soul. This understanding fuels my commitment to creating a safe and nurturing space for my clients. My mission is to facilitate the release of emotional and physical blockages, promote healing, and create opportunities for individuals to reconnect with their innate healing abilities. I believe that by empowering ourselves, we not only heal as individuals but also contribute positively to the planet and humanity.
