This immersive session invites you to align your heart and body through the power of guided meditation, sound and voice activation using sacred frequencies and harmonic modalities to restore balance and vitality.
The goal of this workshop is to create harmonic resonance while in expanded heart coherence. I want to replicate the elements of the profound healing experience that I had at this same festival in May, for you!
