Years of ignoring my body and the pain I was experiencing finally caught up to me and it stopped me in my tracks. I realized I needed to seek a new direction immediately. I was unable to work and have spent the last year recovering. This would ultimately demand an entirely different outlook on my life, but the first thing I had to do was recover my health and wellbeing.

The exit from my successful corporate job happened suddenly, and I was truly shocked at how quickly it unfolded. However, my surprise quickly faded as I grappled with the overwhelming pain that invaded my body. I had naively believed that simply resting would make the pain go away. I often feared that not only was my successful career coming to an end but that the pain would also hinder me from enjoying life beyond bed rest.

I deal with bulging disks and pinched nerves in my neck. I also had multiple surgeries for carpal tunnel and trigger thumb release, along with a radio frequency ablation procedure for my cervical spine. While one hand surgery yielded moderate success the other did not, the effectiveness of the ablation remains uncertain. Amidst all this, I struggled with systemic inflammation and anemia.

Fortunately, I have discovered much relief through a healing process I call the Harmonic Healing Method.
