The Restival Spirit
I experienced a profound sense of healing at a beautiful music festival—what I like to call a restival. These alcohol-free gatherings take place on private land and are rooted in healing, community, and connection. They’re designed to welcome the whole family, as we imagine and create a more harmonious world together.
Restivals bring together musicians, healers, and artists who share an uplifting, intentional spirit. They often feature workshops at no additional cost, including sound healing, ecstatic dance, yoga, art installations, nourishing food, and much more.
During one festival, I experienced a resonant sound-healing journey held in a deeply connected, heart-centered space. It helped me release buried trauma that had been contributing to intense pain.

I’m excited to share that I now offer workshops inspired by that experience. Through guided meditation and resonant sound, I weave together the golden-light energy of Gold frequency and the Violet Flame to create a space for you to connect with your heart and explore your own healing journey.
